Everyone’s favorite fluffy little oracle gets its own picture book.
Noodle the pug, who took TikTok by storm with its predictions about how the day will turn out, will star Noodle and the boneless daya children’s book written by his human companion, Jonathan Graziano, with illustrations by Dan Tavis.
The book “provides an opportunity for caregivers and educators to engage with young people about the importance of self-care, motivation and emotional intelligence that has never been more necessary,” said publisher Margaret K. McElderry Books, an imprint of Simon and Schuster, said in a press release.
Noodle became a TikTok star shortly after debuting on the social media platform last year. Every morning, Graziano gently lifts the 13-year-old dog out of his bed – if the dog immediately lies back down, it’s a “boneless day”; if he stays on his feet, it’s a ‘bones day’.
†Noodle and the boneless day revolves around the very special relationship between Graziano and his best fur friend.” “Noodle is sweet, crazy and getting older. Sometimes he wants to go on adventures and hikes, and sometimes he just needs hugs and belly massages.” (Do not we all.)
“It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for all the support and love I’ve seen for Noodle over the past few months,” Graziano said. “These videos have helped to bring much-needed joy to many (myself included), and I hope this book reminds everyone reading it that it’s always good to take the time to take care of yourself.”
Noodle and the boneless day will be published on June 7.
